- Concern - Be concern of the customer's business
- Sincere - Be sincere when you ask - i.e. you really wan to help
- Inquisitive - Use open ended questions to find out more about the customer and allow him/her to talk more
When Explaining a Promotion: USEZ
- Understand - Understand the content of the promotion
- Simple - Use simple words to explain
- Excited - Be excited when explaining
- Zoom - Zoom in to your customer's needs and interest
From the training i can see the whole concept how to run the cold calling. It from Cold -> War -> Hot. Like a bowl water process. hehe.. Build relationship it take time also , but we must use the right way deal with customer.
